Marine Corps AH-1Z Cobra Pilot Capt. Tony Lavista, talks to Firefighters from the Seattle Fire Department about the intricacies of the AH-1Z Cobra helicopter. Lavista flew the helicopter onto the practice ground at the University of Washington and stayed for approximately three hours showcasing Marine Corps aviation as part of Marine Week. Marine Week showcases Marine Corps equipment, aircraft and technological capabilities to the general public. More than 700 Marines are participating in Marine Week Seattle to give Seattleites the opportunity to meet the individual Marine and celebrate community, country and Corps.
