Lt. Gen. Jeffrey W. Talley (right), the chief of the U.S. Army Reserve and commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve, administers the oath of office to Brig. Gen. Tracy A. Thompson, 412th Theater Engineer Command commanding general following his ceremonial promotion to major general. Thompson will begin wearing his two stars on July 1 when his promotion orders take effect. The 412th TEC conducted a change of command for incoming commander Thompson and outgoing commmander Maj.
