The"Niconico Festival" is a multicultural entertainment and cosplay convention held annually in Tokyo. The Japanese Ground Self Defense Force was invited to participate demonstrate their AH-64D Apache helicopter front of 125,000 people and nearly 7 million online viewers. This bilateral event was designed to promote the U.S.Army Japan and the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force organizations.
