The “Niconico Festival” is a multicultural entertainment and cosplay convention held annually in Tokyo. The U.S. Army Japan Band “Brass Band" was invited to perform in front an audience of nearly 125, 000 people and nearly 7 million online viewers. This bilateral event was designed to promote the U.S. Army Japan and the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force organizations.
