Keith Nightinggale (retired) explains the history of La Fiere Bridge, France, where Charles Neilans DeGlopper (Nov. 30, 1921 - June 9, 1944) was a United States Army soldier who posthumously received the Medal of Honor, the highest award of the U.S. military on June 4, 2014.
