Able Seaman Julio Charles, Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force (ABDF) Coast Guard, prepares to conduct dive training with fellow ABDF members on June 2, 2014. Members of the ABDF and 11 other Caribbean partner nations participated in dive training to learn standardized ship inspection techniques as part of Tradewinds 2014. Tradewinds is a joint, combined, exercise conducted in conjunction with partner nations to enhance the collective abilities of defense forces and constabularies to counter transnational organized crime and to conduct humanitarian/disaster relief operations.
