Joseph Hupp, an Ashland, Ky. native and Boyd County High School senior, poses for a photo with U.S. Marine Corps Capt. During the ceremony, Hupp was presented a $150,000 Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps Marine Option Scholarship. The scholarship will cover the cost of tuition and will pay for some of his books, as well as providing a small living stipend.
