Senior Airman Earl Pruett orchestrates the movement of ground assets from the air traffic control tower at Joint Base Balad, Iraq, Oct. 23, 2008. Pruett, an air traffic control journeyman with the 332nd Expeditionary Operations Support Squadron, enables aircraft to take off, land and taxi without traffic obstacles on the Department of Defense's busiest airfield. He is deployed from Ramstein Air Base, Germany, and his hometown is Yokota, Japan.
