Noe Salinas, senior enlisted leader, 4th BCT, 10th Mountain Division used a military saber to cut the 9 and a half by 16 feet American flag cake with members of the Greater Vernon Parish Chamber of Commerce at the Home of Heroes Recreation Center April 3, 2014.
