Navy Lt. Eric I. Palmer, the officer-in-charge of Civil Affairs Team 6, Detachment 1, 2nd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 5, looks into a train car full of crude oil that is being offloaded at the train station in Haqlaniyah, Iraq, Oct. 17, 2008. Palmer and his team have worked with the local Iraqis to continue the trend of reconstruction seen all around al-Anbar province. Among the projects Palmer has worked on include the train station and the K3 oil refinery.
