Lance Cpl. Shane Lester, a motor transportation operator with Comabt Logistics Battalion 31, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, logs Pvt. 1st Class Brandon Lewis, a tactical network specialist with 12 Marines acting as an evacuating role player in to the Noncombatant Evacuation Operation Tracking System at an Evacuation Control Center, Oct. 8, 2008, on Camp Hansen during Evaluation Exercise 09. The MEU conducted the NEO and ECC exercise as apart of EVALEX in order to complete their semi annual training measuring the MEU on its proificiency of completing its core capabilities as a maritime contingency force.
