Col. Patrick Tierney, commander, Combat Aviation Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, awards Sgt. Jamiell Dominguez the Army Commendation Medal during the conclusion of a Non-commissioned Officer Induction ceremony, on Camp Taji, Sept. 25, 2008. Dominguez, a flight medic assigned to Company C, 2nd Battalion, 4th Aviation Regiment, was given the award for winning top honors at the brigade's NCO of the Year, Sept. 15, 2008. Dominguez hails from Seattle.
