Twenty-one newly promoted sergeants from the 404th Aviation Regiment, Combat Aviation Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, Multi- National Division - Baghdad, stand at the position of attention with their sponsors as they introduce themselves to brigade leadership during the battalion's Non-commissioned Officer Induction ceremony on Camp Taji, Sept. 26, 2008. The ceremony officially recognized the new sergeants as part of the NCO Corps.
