Capt. Marcus Brooks, commander, Headquarters and Headquarters Company “Hoplites," 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team “Spartans," 3rd Infantry Division, leads his company in a run here, Jan. 23. The run was just the final part of a multifaceted Sergeants Time battle-focused physical training session held at Pond 10. To do the event the company splitting into teams. Each team carried a loaded litter throughout the entire event, which started with a run out to the pond. The teams then conducted warrior tasks at three stations around the pond and had their knowledge of Army regulations and policies tested at the fourth station. The teams regrouped as a company after finishing the event and conducted a motivational run back to the company area for esprit de corps, pictured here. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
