Army paratroopers from the 82nd Airborne Division load onto Air Force C-17 Globemaster III aircraft during joint exercise Global Response Expeditor on Jan. 15, 2014, at Pope Army Airfield, Fort Bragg, N.C. The purpose of this exercise was to prepare United States Transportation Command units, Air Mobility Command forces and elements of the XVIII Airborne Corps to respond as part of the Global Response Force and to conduct Joint Forcible Entry operations. This exercise executed Joint Forcible Entry operations in support of a combined Joint Task Force utilizing drop zones at the Joint Readiness Training Center, Fort Polk, La.
