Tech. Sgt. Thomas Gipson, resource advisor for the 379th Expeditionary Communications Squadron, uses a screwdriver to install a power supply in a personal computer Sept. 7, 2008, at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. Gipson and other resource advisors here approve and purchase communications devices for use in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. Sergeant Gipson, a native of Waycross, Ga., is deployed from Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
