U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Eston Simmons, master gunner, 5th Battalion, 25th Field Artillery Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Task Force Patriot, from Lake City, Fla., accepts the medallion of the Sergeant Audie Murphy Club, the Army Commendation Medal, and a group of other awards and prizes Dec. 23, 2013, at Bagram Air Field, that came with induction into the club.
