Staff Sgt. Manuel Delarosa, platoon guide and support stick leader for 1st Platoon, Company A, 4th Assault Amphibian Battalion, Multi-National Force - West, gets accountability of his Marines, Aug. 22, 2008, as they disembark from the CH-53E helicopter at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq. The Marines were doing quick reaction force training. Normally, the Marines from the reserve unit from Norfolk, Va., operate in assault amphibious vehicles, but as the QRF for MNF-W, some of the Marines were in a helicopter for the first time.
