Marines with Improved Ribbon Bridge Platoon, 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group carry expedient Bangalore torpedoes used for path-clearing operations during a demolition training exercise aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Nov. 20, 2013. The explosives used by the platoon were assembled in the field from C-4, detonation cord and materials readily available in an urban combat zone.
