Army Reserve helps close OEF gateway

Sgt. Clarissa F. Giles, supply specialist, 391st Military Police Battalion out of Columbus, Ohio, wands a soldier during the custom process here to ensure no illegal/harmful items are carried out of theater. Thousands of soldiers pass through customs each week to either deploy or re-deploy, making custom operations essential to the safety and security of service members, contractors and foreign military allies.
