Expeditionary air cargo handlers assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion (NCHB) 1 offloads two Tomahawk Land Attack Missile (TLAM) canisters aboard C130 training aircraft during Ordnance Exercise (ORDEX) 2013 at Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Cheatham Annex. NCHB 1 is the only active duty cargo handling battalion and is a rapidly deployable operating unit of the Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG). NAVELSG is part of Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, a global force provider of adaptive force packages with expeditionary capabilities to joint war fighting commanders. (U. S.
