American military and the Korean Service Corps are gathered today at the Pyongil Elementary School in Pyongtaek City. They’ve converted it into a base of operations for an annual mobilization exercise where they train for the possibility of war. Lieutenant Colonel Devon Nudelman, Commander of the Korean Service Corps Battalion, explains why they have this exercise every year.
