U.S. Soldiers and members of the Japan Ground Self Defense Force participate in a series of weapon ranges, vehicle maneuvers and combined forces exercises at Yakima Training Center, Wash., September 2-22. The exercises are a part of Operation Rising Thunder, a combined operation between the Army and Japan designed to increase interoperability between the two nations. Also available in high definition.
