Minnesota National Guardsman Cpl. Jacob Garber, a native of Chaska, Minn, discusses how his unit, the 1135th Support Company, is stripping and reallocating parts from Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicles, or MRAPS, that were used in the draw down of US forces in Iraq.
