Kyrgyz Republic President Roza Otunbayeva joined Larry Memmott, U.S. Embassy in Bishkek Charge d'Affaires, Col. James Jacobson, Transit Center at Manas director, and dignitaries from 14 other countries here in commemorating the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11.

Change of Command - Same Mission
The 376th Air Expeditionary Wing serves as the hub of operations for air refueling and transporting of forces going into and out of Afghanistan. Tech. Sgt. Harry Kibbe now takes us to Manas Air Base, Kyrgyzstan, where command of the 376th recently changed, but as he says the mission stays the same.
