The 376th Air Expeditionary Wing conducted a symbolic inactivation ceremony at the Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, June 3, 2014. The U.S. Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic, the Honorable Pamela Spratlen, and the 376th AEW Commander, Col. John Millard spoke about the Wing’s positive impact on the Kyrgyz Republic and operations in Afghanistan over the past 12 and a half years.
