Leaders pay visit to Bagram during Thanksgiving Senior Airman Kayla Newman

BAGRAM AIR FIELD, Afghanistan - Service members, civilians and contractors were visited by several leaders during a Thanksgiving day visit to Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan Nov. 28, 2013.

Leaders who visited included: Mr. Ashton Carter, U.S. deputy secretary of defense, and his wife Mrs. Stephanie Carter; Adm. William McRaven, commander, Special Operations Command, and his wife Georgeann McRaven; Maj. Gen. Kenneth Wilsbach, commander, 9th Air and Space Expeditionary Task Force - Aghanistan and deputy chief of staff Air, International Security Assistance Force Joint Command; and Chief Master Sgt. Frank Batten III, 9th Air and Space Expeditionary Task Force- Afghanistan command chief.
