Pierre Guard unit honored at deployment ceremony

Soldiers of the South Dakota Army National Guard's 152nd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion stand to be recognized during a deployment ceremony July 6, 2013, in Pierre, S.D. Hundreds of family members, friends and community supporters gathered at the T.F. Riggs High School auditorium to see the Pierre-based unit off as they depart for about a six-month tour to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
