Equipment Operator 3rd Class Mark Teri Bascon operates a skid steer while preparing for the landscaping in front of the recently constructed two-classroom building at the Simpucan Elementary School. Bascon is assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5’s Construction Civic Action Detail Philippines.
