Lt. Col. Jason Kidder, the incoming commander of the 3rd Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment “Garry Owen,” 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, reviews his new battalion during the pass and review portion of the time honored tradition that is the change of command ceremony held here at Cottrell Field, July 25.
