Iraqi army Maj. Tahseen Muallah, a medical officer at Camp Habbaniyah, examines the readout of a portable ultrasound machine being demonstrated during the "Corpsman Olympics," June 20. Muallah visited the facility with four of his Iraqi counterparts to learn about new medical equipment and observe the staff's procedures. Camp Habbaniyah has a new medical facility, but does not yet have the equipment or the staff to operate it. Camp Taqaddum Surgical, 1st Supply Battalion (Reinforced), 1st Marine Logistics Group, is partnering with the Iraqis to show them what they know and teach them the uses of some of the new medical equipment.
