U.S. Navy Musician 2nd Class John Wylie, assigned to the U.S. 7th Fleet Band, performs for sailors and Marines in the well deck of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46) during a steel beach picnic June 26, 2013, in the South China Sea. The Tortuga was underway in the region in support of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2013.
