USS McCampbell (DDG 85) Commanding Officer Cmdr. Thomas J. Dixon presents Lt. Richard Gutierrez with the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal during an awards ceremony in a Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 51 ready room on Naval Air Facility Atsugi.
