William Goodwin, a contracted simulation operator from Philadelphia, applies cosmetics to an Airman 1st Class Constance Byrd, 100th Security Forces patrolman from Kansas City Mo., for an exercise April 29, 2013, on RAF Mildenhall, England. During the exercise, Byrd simulated a casualty who had a severely injured ankle due to a hard landing caused when the landing gear of a KC-135 Stratotanker failed.
