Buddy the dog was rescued with the four-man crew of the Ocean Viking by an Air Station Kodiak MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew 190 miles southwest of Kodiak, Alaska, June 26, 2013. Flooding aboard the 76-foot vessel prompted the fishermen to abandon ship and seek refuge aboard a life raft until the Coast Guard could rescue them.
