The CST, which is tasked with responding to chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats, coordinated with local agencies during a chemical emergency exercise at the Tulsa Port of Catoosa, an inland port along the McClellan–Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System. Participating agencies included Rogers County Emergency Response, Tulsa Police Department, Tulsa Fire Department, Verdigris Fire Department, Tulsa Bomb Squad, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 63rd CST, Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management and the Oklahoma State University University Multispectral Laboratories.
