Mike Milano, a native of Fort Carson, Colo., who serves as a deputy commanding general with Multi-National Division – Baghdad and the 4th Infantry Division, visits with the chief engineer of a power substation located in the operational space of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team 101st Airborne Division, May 18.
