Former Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Paul Ignatius puts on a ball cap bearing the future Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Paul Ignatius (DDG 117). The cap was given to him by current Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus during the ship's naming ceremony.
