U.S. service members and Panamanian police unload medical supplies from boats on the Rio Chucunaque in Yaviza, Panama, May 13 in support of Beyond the Horizon 2013 -Panama. U.S. military medical members went to the end of the Pan-American highway to begin a medical readiness training exercise bringing medical aid to those living in and around Yaviza. BTH 2013-Panama is a humanitarian and civic assistance mission deploying U.S. military engineers and medical professionals to Panama for training and to provide humanitarian services.
