Brig. Gen. Ghassan, commanding officer of the 5th Brigade, 6th Iraqi Army Division, talks with a local television network to get the word out to the local populace about the establishment of the public works substation, June 14, in Yarmouk, a neighborhood in northwest Baghdad. Multi-National Division – Baghdad Soldiers with 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne division, helped local officials establish the substation. Public service workers will be able to store the equipment needed to provide essential services in the community at the site.
