Indiana National Guard Spc. Alex Stephens, an Evansville, Ind., native with Alpha Battery, 163rd Field Artillery, proudly shakes the hand of Col. Having already served six years, Stephens re-enlisted for one more year, as nine fellow National Guard Soldiers re-enlisted with him.
