Jessie Camacho, an aviation electronics technician with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 163 and New Haven, Conn., native, learns about the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing committed and engaged leadership initiative during a luncheon aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., May 22. Maj. Gen. Steven Busby, the commanding general of 3rd MAW, invited Camacho and his fellow Marines to the luncheon after Camacho asked him to explain how junior Marines fit into the initiative.
