Gardner, a motor transportation operator who recently passed away, during a memorial ceremony here, May 22, 2013. Guerra, 24, from Fontana, Calif., read a poem he received from Gardner's family. Gardner, 25, from Fort Wayne, Ind., was suffering from a disorder that affected his nervous system.
