RIVRON 2 returns home

Family and friends welcome home Operations Specialist 2nd Class Joel Jusino assigned to Riverine Squadron (RIVRON) 2 at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story May 24. RIVRON 2 was deployed on board High Speed Vessel (HSV) 2 Swift for three months to the U.S. 4th Fleet area of responsibility supporting Southern Partnership Station 2013 operations. Riverine Force is a core Navy capability that provides port and harbor security, and maritime security operations in coastal and inland waterways.
