Fire and rescue personnel from Florida Task Force 1 cut through rubble created from a train derailment in Jacksonville, Fla., as part of exercise Vigilant Guard. Florida Task Force 1 is based out of Miami. The Vigilant Guard-FL exercise is a component of ARDENT SENTRY 13, a major yearly exercise sponsored by US Northern Command focused on Defense Support of Civil Authorities.
