Israeli Defense Force Maj. Gen. Yaakov Ayish, defense attaché to the U.S. and Canada and his staff spent the day exchanging best practices and lessons learned from both real-world responses and training exercises. JTF-CS provides command and control for Department of Defense CBRN response forces to assist local, state, federal and tribal partners in saving lives, preventing further injury and enabling community recovery.
