Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3's Commanding Officer Scott Raymond discusses the importance and focus of the battalion's mission and teamwork throughout the next few weeks of operations. NMCB 3 is conducting their final graded field training exercise (FTX), testing the battalions overall readiness through a variety of realistic scenarios encountered during routine Seabee deployments. NMCB 3 provides combatant commanders and Navy component commanders with combat-ready warfighters capable of general engineering, construction and limited combat engineering across the full range of military operations.
