Spc. Dustin Wilmoth, a North Carolina National Guard recruiter with Recruiting and Retention Battalion, 60th Troop Command, repels down Victory Tower at Fort Jackson, S.C., May 1, 2013, as part of a mystery event during the National Guard Bureau Region III Best Warrior Competition. Wilmoth, who was named first runner-up in the enlisted category, said the mystery event was his favorite part of the competition.
