Beautiful strength – Soldier says Army Values helps her win Physique Competition

Staff Sgt. Lacey Hancock, 205th Infantry Brigade Human Resource sergeant, wins first place at the Women’s Physique Division Natural Bodybuilding Championships at Madam Walker Theater in Indianapolis in April. Hancock’s competitive nature paired with her warrior ethos for physical fitness is winning combination when it comes to natural bodybuilding.

Thom is an Elite International Sports Sciences Association certified fitness trainer and personal trainer. Thom is also a competitive natural bodybuilder for both the Alaska Bodybuilding Fitness and Figure and National Physique Committee, and has appeared in several national health and fitness magazines across the country.
