The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Mackinaw, a 240-foot icebreaker homeported in Cheboygan, Mich., reposition shoal buoys off the entrance to Burns Harbor, Ind., to better mark a shoal created by Hurricane Sandy that covered much of the entrance to this critical commercial port.
